20:14 jacoby Hey
20:19 jacoby I was assigned System-Command, and the maintainer wants me to rewrite a problem script as a .t test file.
20:19 jacoby I can (mostly) do that. I have chromatic's book on testing right next to me, in case I have questions, except for the biggest question of all.
20:21 jacoby Which is, the existing tests don't have 'use lib whatever', so I'm having problems making them go.
20:22 jacoby I've written tests for my code and my lab's code, where I hardcode use lib '/path/to/lib' in there.
20:25 ether normally tests are run via "make test", or "perl -Ilib t/foo.t", so you don't have to worry about referencing the local lib/ code
20:35 jacoby Thanks.
20:36 jacoby The docs say "make" but the repo has no Makefile.pl.
20:36 jacoby But trying -I now
