00:57 LolCakes Hello!
00:57 danaj I see Siskus reverted paddy's reversion of his edit to http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Power_set
00:57 fedaykin "Power set - Rosetta Code"
00:58 danaj I'm wondering if I should revert it again or leave it to Paddy.
01:00 LolCakes Idk paddy has been weird lately.
01:00 LolCakes IMO
01:00 danaj Ick, his last change combines changes to the Scala entry, format changes to lots of languages to use {{out}}, and the warning for almost every language that ought not be there.  Joy.
01:17 * TimToady has permanently banned Siskus for persistent uncivilized behavior

01:18 TimToady you just can't allow poisonous people in your community

02:46 mwn3d1 TimToady: I was disconnected when you said you banned him. Good call. I was just about to do it myself.
02:48 mwn3d1 I think we have an RC version of the mendoza line. In baseball the mendoza line is a measurement of offensive ability below which you are a liability for the team no matter how good you are at fielding.
02:49 mwn3d1 The siskus line is the level of civility and community participation below which you are a liability to the site no matter how good your programming contributions are
03:23 ttmrichter Ehwhat?  Who got banned?  :-o

03:30 eMBee ttmrichter: Siskus
03:34 ttmrichter From the channel or from the Wiki?
04:28 danaj I don't like removing other people's examples, but sometimes I think we can have too many subtly-different examples in the same language.

04:34 ttmrichter danaj: There's also the issue of minor dialects of a language being listed in different places.
04:34 ttmrichter OORexx vs. Rexx for example.
04:35 danaj ttmrichter: True.  I think Python has the issue of Python 2.x vs. 3 as well (some examples work for both, others get separate code)
04:35 ttmrichter If there is a more "natural" way to do it in OORexx that differs from Rexx, two solutions is fine.  BUT under the "Rexx" banner.
05:44 eMBee ttmrichter: from the wiki
05:46 ttmrichter Man, I must have missed the dramaplosion.
05:46 ttmrichter Sorry you guys have to deal with that crud.

11:53 mikemol Yeah. Literally *all* of the complaints I've gotten via email about RC have been about Siskus.
