05:34 Pavel_Senatorov[ How to write to RosettaCode management?
05:35 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: FWIW, there is (what seems to be) a valid email in the Whois entry for the domain.
05:35 Pavel_Senatorov[ I have an idea that it would be good to see all tasks implementations by some language just inside this language page (category).
05:36 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: Per my experience with WMF projects, this should be discussed with the community first.
05:38 ivanshmakov As in: http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Rosetta_Code:Village_Pump.
05:39 Pavel_Senatorov[ Hmm, you know better. I'm new here. But most of all I use RosettaCode for learning some strange language, by looking at sources for available tasks.
05:40 Pavel_Senatorov[ Meanwhile do not see Whois anywhere.
05:40 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: ‘$ whois rosettacode.org | less’ works for me.
05:40 fedaykin "Rosetta Code"
05:42 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: Actually, I’m not an expert when it comes to the RosettaCode categorization either. But as I get it, the suggestion implies that categories are associated with specific /sections/ of the pages, which is something /not/ supported by the MediaWiki software employed at RC.
05:46 Pavel_Senatorov[ In ala whois I have found the only email: mikemol@gmail.com
05:46 fedaykin "Gmail"
05:46 Pavel_Senatorov[ Not sure it's Ok to write there.
05:48 Pavel_Senatorov[ А по русски тут пишут? Как лучше писать? Раз уж тут русские ныне...
05:52 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: I’m pretty sure that the most of the subscribers here cannot read Russian. But as long as obscurity is desired, – I see no reason not to.
05:53 Pavel_Senatorov[ than I will better use english.
05:53 Pavel_Senatorov[ So, what do you think, is it Ok to write to mikemol@gmail.com ?
05:54 fedaykin "Gmail"
05:55 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: I guess that you could just write your request right here, and mikemol will see it when he’d be checking this channel.
05:57 ivanshmakov Pavel_Senatorov[: As for using Russian, – did you check https://ru.wikibooks.org/wiki/Реализации_алгоритмов already? It’s not nearly as complete as RC, but may still be useful.
05:57 fedaykin "Викиучебник"
06:04 eMBee Pavel_Senatorov[: this is definetly something for discussion on [[Rosetta_Code:Village_Pump]]. i'd email mikemol only if you want to offer to implement it all by yourself
06:04 fedaykin http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Rosetta_Code:Village_Pump
06:11 Pavel_Senatorov[ I have created http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Rosetta_Code:Village_Pump/InsertAllImplementedTaskIntoLanguagePage
06:11 fedaykin "Rosetta Code:Village Pump/InsertAllImplementedTaskIntoLanguagePage - Rosetta Code" http://rldn.net/6nQ
06:14 Pavel_Senatorov[ Help me: all you insert a name of person whom you answer. How do you do it?
06:17 sorear joined #rosettacode
06:18 Pavel_Senatorov[ Looked at https://ru.wikibooks.org/wiki/Реализации_алгоритмов - but here is only small number of languages. RC knows near to all them instead. So unusable.
06:18 fedaykin "Викиучебник"
06:21 Pavel_Senatorov[ Hm... meanwhile I know the language that is not in RC: Perfect Developer and probably Escher C Verifier's language. See at eschertech.com
06:21 fedaykin "Escher Technologies - reducing the cost of developing critical software"

07:47 Pavel_Senatorov[ Is there a page in RC that lists all  languages that are not covered yet by RC?

12:48 opticron lol, a list of things that don't exist
12:48 opticron because there exists an exhaustive list of programming languages
12:58 mwn3d Yeah if we had a list of languages that weren't on the site we'd make a quick bot to make stub pages for all of them
14:26 eMBee well, to be fair, listed and covered are two different things, covered would imply to have at least some code.
14:27 eMBee but if the question is for languages not being listed then i was wondering too, wouldn't such a list not invalidate itself?
