17:25 Formight hello
17:26 Formight why can I only see 1 line of code for this specific programming language? everything else is fine. I tried changing browsers etc...
17:35 Formight is it possible to contact someone who can fix this?
17:38 dzho Formight: for which specific language?
17:39 Formight OpenEdge/Progress
17:39 dzho got a URL?
17:39 Formight 1sec
17:39 Formight https://rosettacode.org/wiki/String_length#OpenEdge.2FProgress
17:39 fedaykin "String length - Rosetta Code" http://rldn.net/fulv
17:39 Formight it gives it wrong class
17:40 Formight should be .pre not .progress
17:44 Formight any ideas?
17:44 dzho sorry, I don't know anything about Progress.
17:45 dzho so I don't understand what it displaying improperly has to do with what class is being given, and what is doing the giving.
17:45 dzho as for the display, it's a mystery to me.
17:45 dzho if you want to see more of the code, click the [edit] button by the example and that will show the raw wiki markup
17:46 dzho this is what I've been doing just now, comparing and contrasting this entry with multi-lane entries from other languages, eg, Pascal, which seem to be rendered correctly.
17:46 dzho multi-line*
17:46 dzho in any case, I don't know why these are being displayed differently
17:47 Formight I mean CSS class
17:48 dzho they all seem to be encompassed ok within a <lang>...</lang> tag set, with the opening tag holding an attribute for the language.
17:49 Formight maybe thats the problem
17:50 dzho yeah, it looks like it might be a problem with the entity's name. See https://rosettacode.org/wiki/24_game#OpenEdge.2FProgress for another example.
17:50 fedaykin "24 game - Rosetta Code" http://rldn.net/zjd8
17:52 dzho or, perhaps, what should be considered the canonical example  https://rosettacode.org/wiki/99_Bottles_of_Beer#OpenEdge.2FProgress
17:52 fedaykin "99 Bottles of Beer - Rosetta Code" http://rldn.net/FYU
17:53 Formight so is it possible to fix this?
17:53 * dzho shrugs
17:53 dzho sorry, just thought I'd take a look with you, and help tease out what the problem is
17:54 dzho now that this is in the channel's backscroll, maybe someone else who can help will see it and not need to wait to have it explained to them, with examples given, etc.
17:59 dzho it's not as simple as there being a slash in the header https://rosettacode.org/wiki/Hello_world/Text#C.2B.2B.2FCLI
17:59 fedaykin "Hello world/Text - Rosetta Code" http://rldn.net/FqT
17:59 dzho although I'll note that the language entity cpp refers back to a language page that does *not* have a slash in it ("C++")
18:00 Formight I found a problem
18:00 Formight there is this CSS class for the code syntax, it limits the height of the code box to 20px
18:01 dzho PL/I is perhaps our go-to example in my line of investigation
18:02 dzho (incidentally, it has no 99 bottles implementation!)
18:06 Formight I fixed it by installing Stylebot extension and applying custom CSS height:100%
18:08 Formight hope this will be fixed in the future, thanks dzho for insights!
