12:39 mtj thats basically around me successfully colorkeying some GREY (128,128,128)  from a surface
12:42 mtj the bug was that this only worked when using color '0x808080FF' to write to the surface
12:43 mtj but… i have to set the $colorkey to 0x808080, to colorkey correctly
12:43 FROGGS what is the depth of that surface? 24 bit?
12:44 mtj so, one place requires a color with …..FF alpha value, the other place does not

12:45 FROGGS that is because we just made the bindings to the C lib, instead of making a proper design first

12:53 FROGGS I hope to get back to SDL (SDL2) next year, when Perl6 is ready for making games that are playable :o)
