19:12 Poke Hello. I'm searching the shibboleth wiki (and failing) to find a way that I can have the NameId in the my assertions be a transient id but then map that transient id to a user in a database. In this way if a user goes through the SAML flow multiple times they will get a different transient id each time but I will have a way to audit who is who.
19:12 Poke The related things I have found include using a persistent id with a storedId data connector but reading the wiki leads me to believe that the user will get the same id on subsequent sso requests
19:14 Poke That was from this link: https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPPersistentNameIdentifier
