16:40 mgage_ hi
16:50 aubreyja Hi
16:50 aubreyja looking into arie's problem...
16:55 mgage_ I see
16:59 mgage_ I have an urgent pull request to walk the dog :-)  I'll be back in an hour or so
18:10 mgage_ hi -- is this error ever intermittent? -- i.e. it works one time for someone and not the next? -- if so that's a sign of a stuck child.  it will probably be necessary to shut down the server completely to clear all the children and then restart to test this and make sure that this is not the cause.  Make sure you have the password first!
18:30 aubreyja no, it's not intermittent for Arie -it looks like he gets it all the time since it started
18:37 mgage_ weird
18:38 mgage_ ok -- looks like it was an internet problem -- I wonder what was blocked and why it triggered that error
18:39 mgage_ by the way I have a hint about the APR::Table warnings -- this happens if you put a warn message in a global.conf file -- haven't tracked down all the repercussions yet
18:39 mgage_ but this might have been a cause of at least some of those instances.
18:58 aubreyja ah, interesting - but have there been warn messages in global.conf? There are some in webwork.apache2-config
19:17 mgage_ no -- but if there is an error somewhere in global.conf I suspect it generates a warning which then generates the APR::Table error.  As I said I haven't tracked it down yet but artificially introducing a warn message in global.conf does generate that type of error.
