14:17 mgage aubreyja: hi -- you had quite a long day yesterday.  I did get your phone message.
14:17 aubreyja Yeah, it wouldn't have been as long if might flight hadn't been delayed on the way out, but I was home by midnight.
14:17 mgage it's two hour drive to your airport?
14:18 aubreyja Yeah, there's that too.  I could have stayed over, but I'm leaving on Sunday for Colorado, so didn't want to extend it more than necessary
14:18 mgage or is it less?  I admit I've gotten used to the luxury of having the local airport 15 minutes away
14:19 aubreyja Well, they are very interested in using webwork more, even possibly as a back end to their portal in some ways

14:20 aubreyja They already use R as a back end for some stats products...
14:20 mgage just a sec -- switching over to direct message

15:20 aubreyja whytheplatypus: I was up at Freeman today - they're very impressed with what you've done with LB3

15:23 whytheplatypus i've been sort of ignoring it since the rochester camp, hoping to start back in on bugs and all those missing features this weekend
16:03 aubreyja cool - well, I think the Freeman people will be contacting you about more stuff

17:18 mgage aubreyja:  back finally
17:19 aubreyja Hi - just writing to ww-devel about the trip.
17:20 mgage sorry for the outage -- i was actually doing math (sort of) for a change -- someone form business/economics trying to prove a fixed point theorem.
17:20 mgage now trying to catch up on emails.
17:20 mgage :-)
17:20 aubreyja Sounds fun.
17:20 mgage it was kind of -- mostly trying to get my head around the original problem and figure out what it means in mathematics
17:21 aubreyja So, with regard to the 501(3)(c ) - right now I'm just a bit suspicious about MAA's intentions with the project and a bit skeptical as to whether or not they even could or would provide us with help in doing this.
17:21 aubreyja or if they would help with strings attached
17:22 mgage in direct channel
17:23 aubreyja oops

21:54 JohnTravis Hey Jason.  Yes, as far as I am concerned re: the videos.
21:54 JohnTravis BTW, I found out that videos have to be at most 15 minutes long for me to post.  That means Rochester needs to be in four segments.  I haven't had time to do anything since I got back though.
21:55 JohnTravis You may have better luck.
21:56 JohnTravis Egad...sorry...Jason is not here.
